Swaifdee Return & Refund Policy

At Swaifdee, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

We offer different return options based on your situation:

• For damaged or defective items: Must contact us within 3 days of delivery

• For customer-initiated returns: Must request within 14 days of delivery
All items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify. Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@swaifdeelight.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed instructions and the appropriate return shipping method based on your specific situation.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking information.

Restocking Fee

A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns to cover our shipping and inspection costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. No restocking fee applies to returns due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Final sale items (clearly marked as such on product pages)
- Items not in original condition
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Shipping Errors and Address Issues

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Customers will be responsible for additional shipping charges in these cases. If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, a 30% processing fee will be deducted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of the damage. For verified damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund at your discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our approval, please contact your credit card company or payment processor first, as it may take some time for the refund to post to your account. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@swaifdeelight.com.

Exchanges

We currently only process returns for refunds. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

International Returns

At this time, we only accept returns from customers within the contiguous United States. We do not accept returns from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
