Processing Time
• In-stock items: Ship within 24 hours of order placement (Monday-Friday).
• Pre-order/custom items: Clearly marked with estimated ship dates on product pages.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all contiguous U.S. states via UPS
Exclusions:
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories
International addresses (contact us for custom quote)

Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping to all contiguous U.S. states (3-5 business days). Remote areas may incur additional freight charges (you'll be notified before processing)

Important Notes

• Please verify your shipping address during checkout
• P.O. Boxes are accepted via USPS only
• Tracking information emailed upon shipment
• Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of ordering
• Not responsible for carrier delays (weather, etc.) but we'll help resolve issues
